Issue of wrong provisional ID and Migrated with the same.
i have been issued incorrect provisional id. the pan quoted in my provisional id is the one which i have surrendered to income tax department in 2012. i was issued new pan and the same was provided to commercial tax department in 2012 . but the same has not been updated till date and i have been issued provisional id with old pan and also migrated with the same.pls suggest as time is running out and commercial tax department has refused to cooperate with us. please suggest.

cancel or surrender the wrong provisional I'd and get correction of Pan and once again apply for registration
That's the only problem man ....PAN CA only get corrected by Commercial tax department but they are not helping anymore .
