Issue of shares at differential pricing

share premium is different for FII,Retail investors,promotors .so it can issue shares at par to promotors and at premium to non promotors 

According to me, shares CAN NOT be issued to promoters at par value and to non-promoters at a premium on the SAME ALLOTMENT DATE.

Agree with Neha Jain.

To allot at different conditions (par/premium) company should have specific justification for it. And if company is more than willing to do it, at least it should allot shares to different catagories on different dates.
