Issue of share certificates

All certificates issued on or after 1.4.2014 have to be in new SH-1 format.

I Have a question pertaing to proxy, as per rule 19 of the Companies (Management and Administration)Rules 2014.(2) A person can act as proxy on behalf of members not exceeding fifty AND holding in the aggregate not more than ten percent of the total share capital of the company carrying voting rights.

HOWEVER, a member holding more then 10%, of the total share capital of the Company carrying voting rights may appoint a single person as proxy and such person SHALL NOT act as proxy for any other person or shareholder.

So CAN A PVT CO. APPOINT A PERSON AS PROXY OF SHAREHOLDER CARRYING MORE THEN 10% OF SHARE CAPITAL AND PROXY/AUTH. REPRESNTATIVE OF A CORPORATE(Shareholder) ALSO???
