Issue of c form against purchase of solar panel and components
Hi,
I would want to know if i can raise C form as against my purchase of solar panels and its components in karnataka.if yes, at what percentage can i make use and what are its limitations??
Kindly help me understand more on this.

C form is issued by the purchaser when purchased good from other states. Rate of CST depends on State to State and item to item. In your above question, you have not mentioned as from which state you are purchasing the materials.
