entropy ka simple sa meaning hai depreciate hona. For example .. humne ek plant buy kiya ... wo use hoga ya nahi bhi hoga ...tab bhi uski value ghategi .. at higher or lower rate. This is called positive entropy. 

Like har chij ki value depreciate hoti hai n  yahan pe ho bhi rahi hai.  So for technical things its called positive entropy.

But agar hum chij ko update kar dete hai ya brought some changes to improve the same, this is called negative entropy.

for example Microsoft ke pass word 2010 tha ...now it has updated the same as word 2013.

This changes are necessary for a business to be  and sustain the position of a  market leader.
