I have my attempt due in MAY 14.

only institute mat + rtp for sure success.
Manish Valechha is best for ISCA... but I heared it is out of stock. there is no stock for May 14.
You can go for dinesh madan's text book.
But refer rtp too for better performance.
Dinesh Madan is easy for understanding..

I know it is important to follow Inst. mat; But at the same time I also feel that the mat is not at al organised. I have read only Chapter 5 yet, the notes which Mr. Mayank has referred seem to be in inst. mat language.. but in a much organised manner/ Tabular form.

..nd got good marks...the reason is simple that...when examinar.. examine ur answers sheat...he has to compare with ..institute material.. then if u have written other material contents.. there will be conflict nd the examinar may not provide u any marks for that...so better is follow institute...
Icai study material is sufficient.
