Hi Everyone,

 If I am running my business in Uttar Pradesh and I am buying the product from Delhi for sell the same on online ecommerce sites then let me know  Do I required TIN no for sell and purchase the product and my annual turnover is less than 5 lack.

-> No, if sale is below than 10lacs

But

 

-> Yes , if you want to sell online

-> Yes, if you want to Sale/Purchase from outside State (Local State)
