i am Limited company and taking Telephone/Mobile/Internet service from Reliance,BSNL,IDEA & Hotel service from various hotel.
pl suggest me is there any TDS liability on this type of services?

Dear Himanshu,
As per current provisions there is no such liabilty of deducting TDS on payment of electricity bills or telepone bills.

There is no liability on telephone bills. Usually even for internet bills there is no liability. However for example I have a P2P line from Airtel on this I deduct and pay TDS.
As far as hotels are concerned I am not an expert but Hotel Rent is covered subject to certain conditions.

Hi,
Perfectly agree on TDS of Telephone/Internet connections as above. But as far as Hotel Accommodation is concerned TDS HAS TO BE applied. Now Question will arise as to which section to be invoked 194C or 194I, for this Nature of Contract for Accommodation with Hotel entered has to be examined.

Dear Himanshu,
As per prevailing tax rules & amendments there is no TDS applicable on Telephone & Internet. However P 2 P charges may witness TDS if not not specified by the issuer of the bill.
Hotel rent are not covered by TDS
