Is there any changes in vat & service tax?

The RTP covers all the changes for service tax. Vat has not undergone any change
Dear Sir,
I am accountant in SEC units. My units are manufacture of CNC Engraving machine. When machine is manufacturing installation made. i.e. what is required on installation. VAt or Service Tax.
Eg. Installation 12000/-
VAT 12.5 % 1500/-
TOTAL 13500/-
OR Installation Rs 12000/-
Service TAx 10.30 % 1236/-
TOTAL 13236/-
Service tax on the value of services. Read "Erection. commisioning, instalation" services
Vat levies on sale.
