Hello frnds

is there any changes in format of Auditor's Report as given to Companies (Form3CD).......!!

I recd a mail from my frnd that changes occured for Form 3CD and he send a detailed regarding this. 

Here i attach a document considering Details of changes..!!

 

Plz give me advice for this issue..

The points mentioned in the file attached by you are not of form 3CA (tax audit report) or details in form 3CD. Need some background about source from where you got to know about these changes apparently in the audit report format.
