Is there a lacuna in AOC4

I have to file an AOC4 for a company with unaudited, un-adopted and provisional accounts.
But the Form AOC4 in point no 6 asks for the date when auditor has signed the accounts which is yet not available with us. This field is mandatory !
How do I complete the form as stated above and submit the provisional, un-adopted and unaudited accounts with this mandatory field the information on which is currently not available with us.

Quick Summary
A user is facing a dilemma when filing Form AOC4 for a company with provisional, unaudited accounts. The mandatory field for the auditor's signature date is problematic as the accounts are not yet finalised or adopted. Other users suggest that an auditor's report is indeed required for AOC4 filing, indicating a potential lacuna or specific procedure for such situations.

Can any valued member please help in the above matter.

I think you have to audit the financials... Plain reading of 137 says unadopted financial statements at AGM ,now it's clear that at AGM you can't put financials without Auditors Report or even in case when AGM is not held ,It's peculiar situation and there is a diverse view on it...Help on AOC4 and ICSI Guideance Note on AOC 4 also clear on it ...So it's my personal view that without auditor report you can't file AOC 4..
