Please TDS due date of 1st quarter of FY 2020-21 (April to June,2020) is extended or not.

Quick Summary
The due date for filing TDS returns for the first and second quarters of the Financial Year 2020-21 has been extended. As per the Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020, you can now file these returns until 31st March 2021.

Yes extended.Tds of 1st and 2nd quarter of FY 2020-21 can be filed by march 2021.

Due date for filing tds return for Q1 and Q2 of FY 2020-2021 Extended to 31st March 2021 as per Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020 read with Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020
