Can someone help in knowing if TDS is applicable on Membership paid to Hotel and if yes under which section of IT.

Is tds applicable on membership payable to hotel?

Membership fee paid to an association/ club does not fall under provision of Tax Deduction at Source. Therefore no TDS would be applicable from membership fee paid/payable to the club.
