I have a query, please reply,
We have our office in a builing on Rent Basis, and every month deduct TDS u/s 94I @ 10% on Rent Bill. My Query is now they are rasing a seperate bill for Maintenenace Charges @ 2500/-+S.T (Maintenance Bill) is TDS applicable on the Bill and at which section and rate ??

Yes applicable above agreegate billing Rs. 75000/- & single Billing Rs. 30000/-

Yes, TDS u/s 194C will be applicable provided it crosses the threshold.
