my company registered in maharashtra for gstn have a bunglow used for business in Goa ....i have taken security services form registered individual person from goa itself.....previous to the notification we were not taking credit on such invoices raised by the security service provider ....as he used to charge C + S
.....BU Now ....he is not charging......so rcm applies to us ...

question is .....we are paying rcm.....but what type of tax should be charged.....IGST .....or SGST / CGST?

Firstly you need to understand that if you have business operations in Goa You need to get that registered as well as you have already registered in Maharashtra I believe you cross threshold limit. Secondly , once you are registered you will need to see if the service provider is a non body corporate If so you will have to pay gst under RCM - that is CGST AND SGST a pay from the registration you obtain in Goa . This is my opinion on the query.
