A society has a taken the service from a lawyer for demeed Conveyance. So is RCM applicable on the same

Yes u are liable to pay under rcm....
According to the language RCM is applicable on Legal Service only.
considering your query deemed conveyance doesn't form part of legal service in literal terms .
But its better to pay RCM as u r getting credit of the same then better to pay and avoid future litigation on the same.
