Is profession tax applicable on stipend in Maharashtra. If no where has it been specified? Plz provide me the link of the same or let me know where can i get it?

at d movement i hv no any evidence 2 prof that d p.tax will deduct from our stipend, but i concern p.tax will not b deduct from our stipend, because of purview and defination of stipend is differ from salary, and also employer and employee relationship period,
but there some expert opion r still 2 come,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

P. tax is not deductible from Stipend.
I am working as a Industrial Trainee and no P Tax is deducted from my stipend.
So, by now U must be satisfied.
