If in ur firm any other partner is der he can sign by writting on behalf of him.

ask this to icai only because no one in this club knows the right answer... i have came  to know that anyone can sign the form in new course because article and ca relation will expire before exam... but still confirm... 

Rightly said by Skandar, If principle article relationship is over, then any Active Member of ICAI can sign the form.

It is like my articles get over only by september... Exams forms are to be submitted before that date itself na....

Then in that case what should I do...

 In such case, it must be signed by the principal only.

wat if the principal does not agree to sign due to some coflict between the principal and article????

can any partner of that firm sign the form???
