Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the audit requirements for Mother Dairy booth owners, particularly concerning annual sales turnover. The threshold for mandatory audits has changed over time, with specific rules for digital versus cash transactions. For AY 2017-18, the limit was previously 2 crore, but it has since been revised, with current limits varying based on the percentage of digital transactions and profit margins. Commission-based sales also trigger audit obligations.

Now the limit is 5 crores subject to profit %age +/- 95% in digital cheque mode
This about Ay 2017-18
If your transactions is 95% in online mode and 5% in cash mode then turnover limit is set as 10 crores rupees but if transactions in cash mode increased 5% then turnover limit will be 1 crores rupees
If this is commission based sale than he need to audit

For AY 2017-2018, I think the limit was 2 cr and hence no tax audit  upto 2 cr

Plz make sure

How much profit was declared by you in that year

I'm failed to filed itr and my turnover is 1.18 cr
