Is it worth staying in USA and working on Oracle Apps though having CA Degree?

Have been onto Oracle Apps since I qualified as CA. It seems that from last couple of years, its been irritating and frustratiing the job I do.

Suggest me if I can start CA related work at this point of time and how long its gonna take to re-cap CA subjects?

What would you advice someone who is going to join a job in accounts payable just to cater his monthly expenses and prepare for ca after a long gap? I want to stay in india. Also how to learn Oracle R11. I request you to reply. And I hope your life is no more into frustration and irritation. i know how it feels. Plz watch comedy videos and do yoga. it is really helpful.
