Is it worth staying in usa and working on oracle apps though having ca degree?

What would you advice someone who is going to join a job in accounts payable just to cater his monthly expenses and prepare for ca after a long gap? I want to stay in india. Also how to learn Oracle R11. I request you to reply. And I hope your life is no more into frustration and irritation. i know how it feels. Plz watch comedy videos and do yoga. it is really helpful.
