NO, where you study is always overridden by how you study.Make sure that what you do is what you want to do.
For passing CA ,place has no significance.It mainly depends on our capability,hard work and knowledge in that respective subject.If you have complete confidence in yourself and you will surely give your best then nothing in this world can stop you from passing your exams.
