sir ,
I found a form in CA CLUB regarding :Relaxation of 9 months study course period to converted to IPCC students. - (08-02-2010)

this means we can give may 2010 IPCC exam if we converted today form PCC to IPCC without waiting for 9 months completion of study period please provide infor thax in advance

Hi shetty, it means as IPCC needs 9 months of STUDY-PERIOD prior to examination... Similarily, if u've finished off such 9 months of ur PCC OR PE-II, then u r eligible for IPCC's very next attempt, i.e MAY 2010....
