Is it the doom of ca profession??

its for higher authorities to protect this profession?

else adding title in front of ur name is of no use...

Teena I can understand your frustration anger helpless situation... but the economic conditions is such. way that even talented resource are available at cheap cost.... govt should enter to create jobs not only to CA but to other courses as well.... I SPEND ABOUT 6 YEARS TO EARN THIS DEGREE.

 

I FAILED 6 TIMES IN FINAL TO SUCCEED....

 

I WAS THE RANK HOLDER BOTH IN  B.COM AND PLUS TWO..

 

MY FRIENDS WHO WERE MBAS WERE AVG STUDENTS.

 

THEY GRABBED JOBS EARLIER THAN ME..

AND IAM SITTING IN HOME JOBLESS

IS THIS FAIR????

 

 

...let met make tis very clear.....do not equate ca with mba....mba's earn high salary coz dey have a very strong experience of abt 3-4 yrs in big companies....unlike in ca's.....ca is nothing but munim in better terms....u cannot xpect to earn 20-25 lacs just after passing ca.....u have to start right from the scratch....ppl who have done ca n presently in corporate(respectable positions) are not in their 30's dey are well over 60.....moreover ca means to practise...if u wanna get a job do mba........

@ Teena, i agree with you.... CA is very tough and time consuming course... after completing that, normally expectations will be high... or atleast demand should be high... its not fair...

HELLO MY FRIEND,..I THINK UR VERY RIGHT IN POINTING OUT THE PRESENT CRISIS,.SINCE THE LAST ONE YEAR THERE HAS BEEN A HUGE DOWNFALL IN JOBS FOR CA,.. THE REASONS CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO INTAKE OF MBA CANDIDATES FROM IIM AND ALSO COMPANIES CAN AVOID BIG PACKAGES BY JUST EVEN EMPLYING MBA CANDIDATE,. THE MARKET CONDITION IS ALSO DOWN WITH MANY OF MY FRNDS SETTLING FOR CHEAPER PACKAGES WTHOUT ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE,.. I think near future Nobody will able to complete the C.A DUE TO SOME FACTOR: 1. Bhai dekho ek toh ipcc ke aa jane se 3saal wait karo final ke liye 2.uske baad agar clear ho bhi jaye toh NO JOB IN NEAR FUTURE BY COMPARING CURRENT SCENARIO 3.if job is avail in off campus toh bhai source hona chahiye And also i would like to say hey I.C.A.I BHAWAN Pls 1. Aaplog college kholiye and give the ARTICLESHIP ASSIGNMENT UNDER THIS COLLEGE 2.waise bhi small firm A.chai pani B.electricity bill C.telephone bill jama karane ke siva aur koi kam toh hota nahi hai

and also i want to say why our communication skill is low 1.ektoh G.M.C.S EKDAM LAST TIME PAR KARWATE HAI 2.and most of our articleclerk jaha articleship karte hai waha toh BOSS/PRINCIPAL ko hi thik se english nahi ata hai

Dear all

Please come out of your mental blocks. Learn new things like XBRL, IFRS etc. There are lot of jobs in the market. But u all need to trade off a bit with regards to commercial consideration and geographical constraints. Doom day is there in your mind, it has no existence in this noble professional

I think its time to c a course Reengineering like bpr nobody get good exposure in practicle training as market demands complete proffessional skills if a student of delhi/metro area face that kind of problem than what for other area ICAI should arrange practicle criteria whether ICAI go with the private institute which spread all over the india if cannot set up own training

A friend of mine was also in the same position ....he joined a ca firm as a ca under employment and now he is happy .

we have already planned to practice together in future and already satrted taking various assignments to move on that direction..........

kabhi koi MBA ya ENGINEER ko dekha hai practice karte huey...nahi na ,

In our profession , we have this golden opportunity to practice as a ca...

apme agar potential hai kuch karne ki toh ..practice karke bhi aap wo mukaam haasil kar saktey ho...

log dartey hain practice se kyun is unka kowledge base bohot weak hota hai......

isiliye initially ek standard firm join karke apna knowledge base badhana chahiye....

degree toh aapke paas hai...zarurat hai as a ca apne aapko  prove karne ki.....

CA agar job ke liye rone lage toh duniya kya kahegi.....

apne profession ki izzat rakkho...
