OUR CLIENT IS ENGAGED IN TRADING IN WASTE PAPER & PAYING I.T. REGULARLY.

THE SOURCE OF WASTE PAPER IS FROM UNORGANISED DEALERS WHO DO NOT POSSESS PAN NO. DUE TO LACK OF EITHER IDENTITY PROOF OR ADDRESS PROOF.

THEY WANE TO PAY I. TAX. BUT BANK IS REFUSING TO ACCEPT I.T. PAYMENT FOR WANT OF PAN.

IS THERE ANY OPTION TO PAY I.TAX W/O HAVING PAN NO. IF IT IS SO ,THEN HOW TO PAY I.TAX ON SELF ASSESSMENT.

Hi Sir,

if your client has no ID and Address proof he can give a whom so ever concern certificate certified his identity and address by gazetted officer for apply of PAN no., for payment of tax PAN No is mandatory.
