YES YOU CAN FILE GSTR 1 WITHOUT FILING 3B ,,,,ALONG WITH INTEREST @ 18 %..FROM 26.8.2017 TO TILL THE DATE AMOUNT IS DEBITTING FROM CASH/CREDIT LEDGER
