Dear Seniors,
I am working in a Hyderabad based Trading Company and our company has a branch in karnataka state. We made some branch transferrs from Karnataka to Hyd. and Hyd to Karnataka as per the CST Act for our customer convenient purpose.
My doubt as follows:
Sahll we treat the internal sale also like a genuine sale?.
please clarify me.

Ideally send the goods as branch transfer. Send the goods under "stock transfer note". Dont raise a commercial advice. Stock transfer rules (Reversal of vat credit on stock tranfers made) will apply under this situation.
