Is internal branch sales equal to real sale?

Dear Seniors,

I am working in a Hyderabad based Trading Company and our company has a branch in karnataka state. We made some branch transferrs from Karnataka to Hyd. and Hyd to Karnataka as per the CST Act for our customer convenient purpose.

My doubt as follows:

Sahll we treat the internal sale also like a genuine sale?.

please clarify me.
