Being exporter you need an IEC even if it is done to Nepal.
Dear Dharmendra,
You need to have IEC for export to Nepal if CIF value of single consignment exceeds Rs.25000/-. If your single consignments is below Rs.25000/- and export is to the Nepal, then you need not obtain IEC. However, you are exporting to other countries as well alongwith Nepal, then irrespective of consignment value, you need to have IEC no..
