Is GST applicable on ready to posses property Or only applies in case of new construction ?? Pls rep

GST is not applicable for any old or ready possession properties.

It is also not applicable over newly constructed property where 'COMPLETION CERTIFICATE' is obtained for the property from any Governmental authority.

It is applicable only in case where builder/developer is developing the property and is still under construction.
