Now may query is , can we show income from other source under tution income , he is actually having tution income .

He can earn tution income, provided not prohibited under contract with school......

I am Salaried Person with salary of 2.75 Lac.

I'm earning by Tuition fee of Rs. 150K.

Can I show this Tuition fee in "Income from other sources" by filling ITR 1 ?

Dear Deepak,

The Tution fee is generally charged under the head of business or profession, since it is a regular activity. However,  if you are providing tution at your home premises without any Brand Name of your classes, you may treat such income as from Other Sources. Further, as you have already clarified that your Primary income is from the salary , then extra tution fees will be obviously from Other Sources.
