one of my client have 30 employee and each has salary greater than 26000 , is EPF act applicable to company

applicable but it not compolsary 

It is applicable..... Since you've employee strength more than 20 weather they are covearble or not...

IT IS APPLICABLE BECAUSE EMPLOYEE IS MORE THAN 20 IN YOUR COMPANY

EPF & MP Act, 1952 is applicable as no. of persons employed meets the criteria of 20.

You have mentioned "Salary is greater than 26000", does this mean Salary as defined under EPF & MP Act or the Gross Salary?

Adminstrative charges on EPF are to be paid.

The various contributions to be made can be mentioned clearly once you provide information on my above question on salary.

 

 

Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 is applicable to:
Every establishment which is engaged in any one or more of the industries specified in Schedule I of the Act or any activity notified by Central Government in the Official Gazette.
Employing 20 or more persons .
Cinema Theatres employing 5 or more persons.
The Act does not apply to:
The co-operative societies employing less than 50 persons and working without the aid of power. 16(1)(a)
The establishment to which this Act applies shall continue to be governed by this Act , even if the number of employees falls below 20 at a later date

In your case Admin charges on PF are payable.
