is CPA USA as difficult as CA & minimum passing marks in CPA

The difficulty of CPA exams depends upon ones knowledge. Hard work requires in both. Although, if you have studied CA subjects then it becomes somewhat easy, but it does not guarantee sucess in CPA.

Further, for passing marks, the CPA exams are Objective type question as well as essay type Questions. The passing Marks are 75%.

If you have done CA then you done have to undergo training in CPA.

I am commerce graduate & also have attampted CA PE-II but unfortunatly not cleared.I have practical accounting experience & basic accountign knowledge,

is it enough to do this course or i should have to go CWA course.

i'm also want to know more about CBT  E Structure in CPA USA , is it a new format pls explain more about it. from when it will effected.

Thax for ur comment...i relay know that nothing is hard or easy in this world. If we decided to do something then have to do it any how. But i want proper guidence about CPA USA course as i'm working account profession so i have to quit job or this course can be done simultenously.or i have to go for another one.

Figure out the option CPA one attempt will cost u...Rs 100000-120000 if u appear for all papers together.

u can gor CIMA,CIIA,CIA,CFP,CFA,CIPM,IFRS

there is one accounting course ACCA (UK)... u can do this in India...
