Is Compulsory gst registration for export of services

GST registration mandatory if your turnover exceeds 20 lakhs. Or if in the course of business you are importing any service or software then registration compulsory due to application of RCM

You would also require to obtain registration to encash the refund - i.e. the credit eligible on the expenses made to provide such services.
