i have a CA search report of year 2001 taken from Registrar of COmpanies (ROC) Ahmedabad which shows my name as been deleted from the director list. later on ROC claims that they had received 2 resignaions in the year 2000 but it is not immediately traceable by them . Is the CA search report valid in court of law
As per law of evidence Ca search Report should be valid
