Is CA corrupted profession if u practice?

CORRUPTION IS BECOME THE PARALLEL WORKING IN PRESENT TIMES. WITHOUT WHICH SURVIVAL OF ANY PERSON WORKING ON CO ORDINATION & ASSIGNMENTS WHERE GOVT OFFICE IS INVOLVED. SO NO OPTIONS BUT TO BE IN THE SYSTEM OR OUT OF THE SYSTEM. THERE IS NO NEED TO LEARN CURROPTION GET IN PRACTICE & STSTEM WILL MAKE YOU AN EXPERT IN IT IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE OR YOU ARE OUT

Well its not exactly corruption but u have to find and use the loopholes  of laws i.e. u have to do right things through wrong ways (not illegal).........it will not lead to corruption but the new laws  !!

U have to see how to benefit the "Persons"  through legal ways.......so don't panic its quite natural !!

 Its jus about taking decisions considering the tax implications, n making the most efficient and tax effective decisions..

Well,

If you wanna come up fast, then u may have to take such measures. You may have to bend the rules or break them, according to clients wish... but when you think, the client did not write gruelling exams or work as a slave for 3 or 3.5 years to throw it away for a quick buck... The risk is largely on the CA only.. client will find new auditor.

THE FACT IS U KNOE HOW TO SHOW WRONG THINGS. U CAN BE CORRUPT IF YOU WANT TO EARN MONEY . BUT AFTER ALL ITS YOUR ETHICS WAT U ARE DOING AND WAT U WANT TO DO. MAY BE BY CORRUPTION U MAY EARN MONRY BUT U MAY NOT EARN THE RESPECT WHICH A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IS ELIGIBLE FOR. ITS JUST LIKE U R PLAYING WITH YOUR OWN LIFE.

END OF THE DAY IT DEPENDS ON YOU WAT U WANT MONEY OR MONEY AND RESPECT ??????????/

friend i want to say only one thing that that "karma kiye jao fal ki icha mat karo tum" tum agar practice ke profession mein jate ho to tumhe apne clinet ko bhagwan manana padega anyatha voh tumhe ek dhela nahi dega aur jiske bina tumhari jeevan ki gadi kasie chalegi ... so yeh mat socho kya galat hai kya sahi tum puri nishtha ke sath apne clinent ko satisfy karo kyk agar tum nai karoge to koi aur karega so chice is yours............best of luck..........

exactly.... we are not corrupting on our full minded.... making us to corrupt.... since our main duty is to represent our clients infront of  various Govt authorities....

we are living in a corrupt society. CAs are also coming from the same society.

so what else can you expect?

are bhai dimak ke khel ha sab gadha ko bhi bap banakar kam karna hota he is field me ..

 corruption is the part of CA Profession.....and i think its almost every where

stats say dat out of all d tax we pay...only 7% reaches d public....n if v avoid tax payment...or even evade it...we r puttin it bck 2 d economy...dis helps in d flow of money necessary for ne economy 2 grow...would u still col it corruption???

 The thing is people are paying you out dere to certify the uncertifiable things they do...why else do they need practising CAs...if your conscience gets hurt, shut it up...coz de problems not in us but the loopholes r deep within our system...as if I need to say dat...
