Membership fee of trade associations etc. is eligible for ITC.. EEPC membership fee also should be eligible..
The restriction is only for other clubs which are mainly to refresh like country club or secunderabad club etc.
Yes you are eligible for ITC i think membership fee paid for club is covered under blocked credit
Yes it is eligible. EEPC membership is compulsory to claim any DGFT incentives. Hence it is in the course of furtherance of business.
