14 February 2012I applied for the IPCE exam May 2012. I filled the details and i was taken to the payment section. I used PNB Debit Card Master Card to pay the fee. I gave all the details and finally it came as " BANK DECLINED TRANSACTION ". So what shall I do now? Please suggest me.

Dude try with some other banks dr. card or net banking....and if possible use credit card of any bank.

I registered myself with an HDFC credit card. So why don't u try with a credit card, if u have one ??
Anyway don't panic. It wii come well for u . ..........................
