I applied for the IPCE exam May 2012. I filled the details and i was taken to the payment section. I used PNB Debit Card Master Card to pay the fee. I gave all the details and finally it came as " BANK DECLINED TRANSACTION ". So what shall I do now? Please suggest me.

Dude try with some other banks dr. card or net banking....and if possible use credit card of any bank.
Please register for pnb sms alert service after that you will use your pnb debit card for online payment.for start sms alert call customer care no which is given in your debit card.
I registered myself with an HDFC credit card. So why don't u try with a credit card, if u have one ??
Anyway don't panic. It wii come well for u . ..........................
