Ipcc result postponed again...
Result of IPCC nov10 again postponed for 3 hours, now result wil be announc at 1 pm as per new notification. N its stil not confirmed that result wil be declare at 1 pm or institute going to postpone it again. Now Best of luck not to students but to Institute for that they cld declare result bfore may attempt .
