hi, I was fail in november 2011 attempt but now I am preparing for Nov-2012,I want to know should I need to buy latest ICAI's study material or I will prepare from old ones, and hows P.C.Tulsyian's for preparation of accounts and CAFM as I am self studying this time?

P.c Tulsian is great for self study.. No idea about ICAI's study material though
to understand concept use any text books, but to practice problems stick on to prac manual, sugg answers rtp and study material problems only
