i think results will be declared before 5pm

AS PER INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON CAROCKERS SITE

THE RESULT FOR PCC/IPCC WILL COME OUT AT 3.30PM.

but as per ICAI results will be out around 5 pm

exam time he have everything but now he lost  home that's he lost everything

I think there is no way. Ask ur friend to contact any of the student who wrote exam in the same hall so that he can +/- the roll no. with it. Otherwise contact ICAI.
