Ipcc nov 2018 exam form related problem

Sir  I am confused now .As i reloaded page ,its not showing any dates .

I am facing a similar issue for my november 2019 exam. I had initially registered for CA IPCC exam on 21st july 2015. My registration was going to expire on 21st july 2019. I had applied for revalidation in April 2019 and received a letter from the institute on 16th april 2019 stating that my registration has been revalidated with effect from 21st july 2019. While filling the exam form, i filled 21st july 2015 as date of registration because there was no separate column for revalidation date. Will i get my admit card for november 2019 attempt? Someone from the branch office of icai told me that my result can be put on hold...please let me know if u faced any such problem?
