ipcc new syllabus full details

you may refer the following link to get the complete revised course structure of the chartered accountancy course which comes to effect from 1st july, 2017.

as to the old syllabus, the entire syllabus of ipcc is divided into two groups. The first group consists of 4 papers and the second group consists of 3 papers.

Papers in group-1:

1. ACCOUNTING

2. BUSINESS LAWS, ETHICS AND COMMUNICATION

3. COST ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

4. TAXATION

Papers in group-2:

1. ADVANCED ACCOUNTING

2. AUDITING AND ASSURANCE

3. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

You need to clear atleast the 1st group of ipcc to be able to join your articleship.

in order to clear a group, you need to get a minimum of 40% of marks in each paper and 50% of marks in agregate.
