Ipcc new rule

Hie...

I gave my IPCC 1st Attempt in Nov. 2011 i didn't cleared and then i gave my next attempt in Nov. 2012 but still Failed Now i will be giving May 2013 only 1 Group... I want to know will IPCC New Rule is applicable to me because i have completed my T.Y.B Com because it will benefit me for my Articleship i am working currently in a CA Firm and if New rule is applicable to then i can convert my job into articleship and final CA attempt wont get delayed...because 2 and 1/2 year will be completed till Nov. 2015 and i will be able to give final attempt in Nov. 2015....
