Hie...

I gave my IPCC 1st Attempt in Nov. 2011 i didn't cleared and then i gave my next attempt in Nov. 2012 but still Failed Now i will be giving May 2013 only 1 Group... I want to know will IPCC New Rule is applicable to me because i have completed my T.Y.B Com because it will benefit me for my Articleship i am working currently in a CA Firm and if New rule is applicable to then i can convert my job into articleship and final CA attempt wont get delayed...because 2 and 1/2 year will be completed till Nov. 2015 and i will be able to give final attempt in Nov. 2015....

Ya you can do wid direct entry and your final ll due on Nov 15 as you planned but your IPPC attampt will due after 9months of articleship and OP training. So if you r consider your finals then go for it..
