how do we self study IPCC law.are we to study and remember each n everything from Icai module and write it word by word in exam or
we can refer another book like munish bhandari and learn n write in a simpler language.please guide.

Most important points and sections to be written as replica else the meaning will defer. Examiners search for key words. Simple language is in but no distortions allowed. Refer sugg. Answer and practice well by writing mock answers. All the best

Do not write too much
The paper on law needs a good presentaion which speaks of the provision as it is. You need to understand that in the Examination the Institute expects you to write about the concepts / substancce which conveys the meaning intended by the legislature. You need not write it verbatim.
