I have a question. I am planning to take Group 1 and Group 2 of IPCC in May 2011. If i fail in Group 1 and pass Group 2, should i have to write both groups again or i have to write only Group 1. I understand that I cannot do articleship, without clearing Group 1.

u can go only for group 1 and not for group 2 again..
ya its true that u cant start ur internship without clearing ur group 1...
U can give Both group again there is no any complesion but why u will give 2nd group exams.
Do u think for merit then good but in opinion u shoud dont take risk.

yes u r understanding is right that u can not join articlehsip without clearing GR- 1.
Once u clear any of the group eithter Gr -1 or Gr- 2 u need not to appear for it again
