Ipcc gap in exam

need suggestion regarding below mention case:- I was dropped IPCC exam from May, 2012 after exemption( In accounts subject) lepse. might be 4 years also complete in CA-IPCC. i have books for subject -Account- Mr. praveeen jindal -Law - Mr. Ashmeet singh -FM & cost- Rk Mittal (AOC) -Tax- need to take new first question -what study material i can used now? second question- please write down changes from last study material to current study material. third question- need to file directly exam form in feb2016 or need to go icai karkardooma delhi.
