i think you can file it now also with a late fine...go to icai to confirm or call icai
but late fees date is showing 2 sep 2016
so you can not feed form any more.
Please contact nearby regional office. So that they can help you.

hey priya I also face from same problem. I contact near icai office. they send mail to icai. there is meeting on it. wait till 12th sept.

Only students whose record in the icai database is of Kashmir can apply offline till 20 September 2016.
