in my case i made speed post on 17 feb from bareilly U.P. & it reach to indraprasth office delhi at 22feb.

so form should be posted within time limit given.

reaching is not in our hand.

so just post your form tomorrow early morning.

and check whether RAIL MESSENGER SERVICE is available at your city rail station or not.

I live in Nagpur. It's clearly given in the guide lines that the "receipt" date of the pdf  form without late fees is 5th March. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the speed post to reach Delhi. I am sure that I will have to pay late fees. Please tell me if I can attach the DD to the exam form or what?

kalyani go to nagpur CA office and try to submit the form there only , bcz in Kolkata institute office, they are also accepting the online form, 

In ur case, the main office for nagpur is MumbaI, so, Mumbai office will accept ur form by hand, but u r in nagpur so try to submit in Nagpur only, if they refuses to accept then nagpur ke head post office mein early in the morning post ker dena.
