Hey Y dont u call the institute Help Line No. I think its now impossible to change ur centre.... But just try

Take a copy of print out of the form . Higlight the Center you have opter in the marker,

Write a Hand written request letter with your signature 

Enclose all the documents and send it once again to New Delhi.

You can make you use of  TOLL FREE number which is given by institute for clarifications

i have ringed to the tollfree no there are saying we cant change the center if once we opted 

they are asking once u better contact to delhi chapter but im not having delhi no

i paid double examination fees can i get back refund from icai.

no there is not any provision for refund
