can i get good mark if not writting the sections( law & tax) and cause laws in the exam?

Its not mandatory to quote sections in the exams.It may give an value added advantage if you quote and even if you do not quote you wont loose any marks.But make sure that you write correct section because writing wrong sections brings a negative sign and you will lose marks....
