in my point of view
CA.Parveen Sharma Sir is the best faculty for ipcc and ca final accounts. I have also studied under parveen sir guidance and got good marks.
But if you are not interested in coaching institute than u should go for padhuka's handbook on ipcc accounts. it just will not only help in exam preparation but also for better concept clarity and strengthing the knowldge on accounts.

Refer class notes not his book. His book has no use.
